With a team of 700-plus at the Munro Group (TMG), our managers need signatures from staff, parents and guardians for rosters, crew policies, employment documents and award wages compliance requirements. What once took days and even weeks, often following arduous manual processes, is now completed in hours, or even minutes, using Annature’s innovative eSigning platform technology.
Document signing is of paramount importance to the running of our business, from new employees signing employment policies to managers signing a Letter of Offer to formalise any internal promotions.
Prior to implementing Annature, managers’ rosters and other important documents were printed and signed on paper, which sometimes required managers to come into the restaurant on their day off. This was solved through Annature’s intuitive and easy-to-use platform, which allowed managers to sign while on the go or at home.
Additionally, our Letters of Offer to new employees were previously sent as a Word doc template with limited user-friendliness. By making these Letters of Offer available as a template within Annature, we saved valuable time and minimised the risk of error or incomplete fields.
While we trialled other eSigning solutions, we became frustrated by their lack of flexibility and on-demand support, which didn’t align with their high price. By contrast, Annature offered us outstanding set-up support, including hours of hands-on support and assistance with developing templates and APIs.
