Laica joined Annature in April 2026, bringing a background that spans SaaS, logistics, telecommunications, and customer service — experience that had her hitting the ground running from day one. Based on the Gold Coast, she keeps the sales engine moving: engaging leads, re-engaging the ones that got away, and making sure the team always has clean, accurate data to work from. It's the kind of behind-the-scenes work that's easy to overlook but keeps everything else on track, and it's exactly what she's proud of. Outside of work she's into anime, mobile games, cooking, and music, and she's a sucker for action movies — especially ones with animals or a hero who protects them. John Wick's a favourite.
Lachlan joined Annature in October 2025, helping new businesses get onboarded and giving existing clients the ongoing training and support they need to get the most out of the platform. He's half Kiwi, half Australian — home is really wherever he is between the two — though he's currently based in Brisbane. Before Annature, he held a similar role at Ignition, co-founded several technology companies, and served in both the Australian Air Force and Army. Now, he's especially passionate about helping firms navigate their AUSTRAC obligations through Annature's AML/CTF product, an affordable, Australian-built compliance solution. Outside of work he's an avid hunter, loves camping and travel, and tinkers with building his own apps on the side.
Harrison first used Annature as a customer — leading IT and comms across six McDonald's restaurants — and liked it enough to join the team in September 2023. These days he onboards new customers and helps existing ones get the most out of the platform, from integrations to workflow tune-ups. Originally from Grafton and now based in Sydney, he's most proud of helping a customer bulk send 5,000 employment contracts with over 35,000 data fields — 18% completed within 20 minutes. Outside of work he's cooking Italian food, escaping to Bali, or fiddling with tech — most recently taking home the Grand Prize at the 2026 Pinch Payments hackathon.
Stacie is one of Australia's pre-eminent accounting thought leaders and Partner at award-winning firm PKF Newcastle & Sydney. She joined Annature as a brand ambassador after PKF became a customer themselves — and after Stacie had been informally championing the platform to firms across the country for some time. Known for her innovative approach to the challenges facing mid-tier firms, Stacie brings firsthand knowledge of Annature's value and helps shape our product to better serve accountants and their clients. She holds our team to a high bar (in the best way) — her feature suggestions and feedback have found their way into the product time and time again.
Hariel leads Annature's customer support team, helping firms get the most out of the platform, troubleshooting the tricky stuff, and working closely with our developers to squash bugs and shape improvements. He's been with Annature since August 2023, bringing over nine years of experience in technical support roles before that. Born in the Philippines and now based in Brisbane, Hariel's the person most likely to guide you through a complex issue and leave you with a better experience at the end of it. Outside of work, he's usually gaming, watching anime, or cooking for his family — and spends his evenings practising metal vocals to unwind.
Ruby is the designer behind pretty much everything you see with Annature's name on it — the branding, the marketing, the website, the UI. Originally from India and now based in Sydney, she joined Annature in December 2023 with over 10 years of design experience across B2B SaaS products, spanning branding, marketing, and UI/UX. She's particularly proud of collaborating with Harrison on the Mastering Annature series. Outside of work she's usually drawing, hiking, gaming, or singing — plus deep into anime (a serious sucker for Studio Ghibli and psychological thrillers). She does her best thinking lost somewhere out in nature, and is currently teaching her pet conure how to sing.
Georgia joined Annature in February 2024 and is the developer behind many of the integrations you use every day — building and managing the connections between Annature and the platforms our customers rely on, from practice management software to CRMs. Her path into software is anything but typical: before Annature, she worked in healthcare as a radiographer, before trading X-rays for APIs. Originally from the Gold Coast and now based in Brisbane, when Georgia's not shipping integrations she's usually reading, hiking, or making soap — yes, actual soap, from scratch.
Daniel joined Annature in 2020 and has been involved in pretty much every stage of the company since. These days he looks after sales and partnerships, and is the main point of contact for businesses wanting to switch or integrate. He’s based in Toowoomba and has been friends with Corey for well over 20 years — long before they started Annature together.
