Laica joined Annature's sales team in April 2026, where she supports the team by engaging leads, keeping the CRM tidy, and handling the admin work that keeps the sales process running smoothly. She's a sales professional with experience across SaaS, logistics, telecommunications, and customer service — a background that's helped her hit the ground running. Based on the Gold Coast, Laica's proud of the work she's done re-engaging existing leads and making sure the team always has accurate data to work from. Outside of work she's into anime, mobile games, cooking, and music, and is a big fan of action movies — especially the ones with animals or a hero who protects them. John Wick's a favourite.
Lachlan joined Annature in October 2025 and works with new businesses to get them onboarded, plus provides ongoing training and support to existing clients. Half Kiwi, half Australian, he splits his time between the two — though he's currently based in Brisbane. Before Annature, Lachlan held a similar role at Ignition, co-founded multiple technology companies, and served in both the Australian Air Force and Army. He's especially passionate about helping firms navigate their AUSTRAC obligations through Annature's AML/CTF product — an affordable, Australian-built compliance solution. Outside of work he's an avid hunter, loves camping and travel, and tinkers with building apps on the side.
Hariel leads Annature's customer support team, helping firms get the most out of the platform, troubleshooting the tricky stuff, and working closely with our developers to squash bugs and shape improvements. He's been with Annature since August 2023, bringing over nine years of experience in technical support roles before that. Born in the Philippines and now based in Brisbane, Hariel's the person most likely to guide you through a complex issue and leave you with a better experience at the end of it. Outside of work, he's usually gaming, watching anime, or cooking for his family — and spends his evenings practising metal vocals to unwind.
