In their pursuit of streamlining operations and improving client experience, PsychHelp partnered with Annature, an Australian-made eSigning platform. Since adopting Annature, they've seen significant improvements in their document management processes.

"Our experience with Annature's e-signing platform has been fantastic," says Cynthia Freeman from PsychHelp. "It's incredibly user-friendly, and setting up documents is quite simple. We no longer have to deal with photocopied agreement forms and the tedious process of uploading them. It's just so simple now, and I think our clients really enjoy it as well."

What challenges did you face in your organisation?

Before Annature, PsychHelp faced challenges with their document signing processes. Clients had to print, sign, and either fax or scan documents back, which often resulted in delays and additional administrative work. Sometimes, documents were sent back in incompatible formats, adding more steps to the process.

"Previously, we'd have to send out the document, and the client would then have to print it and sign it," Cynthia explains. "They would then fax or scan and send it back to us, and sometimes it would come in a JPEG format, so we'd have to convert it. Annature has saved us so much time. It all looks very professional now, and it's easy for the client."

PsychHelp uses Annature for a variety of essential documents, including NDIS service agreements, parental consent forms, consent to release information, and onboarding forms for contractors. Additionally, they utilize Annature for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service agreements and Volunteer Assistance Program (VAP) service agreements, extending their reach to organizations seeking mental health support for their employees and volunteers.

"We also use Annature for our EAP service agreements," Cynthia notes. "We have a few organizations that use our services for their EAP programs. Having Annature streamlines the process for these organizations and makes it easy for us to manage all the documentation efficiently."

How has Annature improved your processes?

The biggest benefit PsychHelp has experienced is the significant time savings and improved efficiency.

"Annature has been a game-changer in terms of time-saving for our admin staff," Cynthia says. "Chasing up documents and ensuring all the necessary information is filled out used to take a lot of time. Now, documents are returned a lot quicker because it's easy for the client. The whole process is streamlined, and it saves us so much time."
