What challenges did you face in your organisation?

Experiencing limitations and frustrations with their previous e-signature solution, DocuSign, MBB Consulting decided it was time for a change. They sought a more flexible, customer-focused platform that could better meet their needs and provide a more supportive experience.

"We were using DocuSign before, but we faced several issues, especially with their customer service," says Ashlynn Humphrey, Office Administrator at MBB Consulting. "We wanted to make changes to our subscription, but it felt like we were locked in with no flexibility. They didn't seem to care about our needs, which was frustrating. That's when we started looking for a more local solution that could offer us the support and functionality we required."

With team members often working off-site, the ability to send documents for signature without meeting in person became a significant advantage.

"We use the platform almost daily," Ashlynn continues. "Our staff are spread out, constantly on the move with various projects. Being able to send documents like contracts, deeds, and bank transfer forms electronically to our directors—especially since one works off-site—has been incredibly helpful. They can all sign and return documents promptly, keeping our operations running smoothly."

How has Annature improved your processes?

The user-friendly nature of the platform also stood out to Ashlynn.

"I hadn't used DocuSign before joining MBB Consulting, so I was new to e-signature solutions," she says. "But picking up how to use this platform was a breeze. It's so easy to navigate, and I didn't need extensive training to get started. It has definitely improved our efficiency and saved us a lot of time."

Looking ahead, MBB Consulting is eager to explore additional features such as SMS notifications and automatic reminders to further enhance their processes.

"The idea of using SMS notifications is exciting," Ashlynn notes. "It would allow us to notify clients and team members promptly, ensuring faster turnaround times. Setting up automatic reminders would also be beneficial, so we don't have to manually follow up on unsigned documents. We're also interested in configuring emails to be sent from our own domain, especially since this feature comes at no additional cost. It would add that extra layer of professionalism and trust. Sometimes clients hesitate when they see an unfamiliar sender, so this feature would streamline communication even more."

Overall, the switch has been a positive experience for MBB Consulting.

"We have no issues with the platform at all," Ashlynn concludes. "It's been a great move for us. The efficiency we've gained and the ease of use have made a significant difference in our daily operations. We couldn't be happier with how everything has turned out."
