Paperwork overload. We never had a simple solution. We would get some documents signed by hand and then scanned back in, but that looked horrible and was filled with human error. We then tried using Adobe Professional but that was only linked to one person and the buttons for signing and date were not very adjustable, which meant often it wouldn't fit in the signing area. We then we to try Adobe Sign but the minimum package was out of reach when we did a cost vs. benefit comparison.
